Shipping Policy

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or out of stock, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

If your order is in stock, we will process within 1 to 3 business days from the date of your order. If you have any question, please reach out to support@diecasthouse.com

Lost Package? Wrong Address?

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We also do not held responsible for the packages if you provide us a wrong address. Once the carrier has hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen or arrived at a wrong address.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) arrives damaged or with defects, please send photos to support@diecasthouse.com immediately to file a claim.

 

If we are not notified in time, we will not be able to exchange or provide a refund. We do not refund for the merchandise that delivered to the wrong address, which provided by the customer.

Return or refund merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchased date. Merchandise must be in original factory condition and original box, and has to be packaged exactly as the manufacturer packed the item. We do not accept any item without an original packaging. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive a full refund.
